The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city center. We really enjoyed the basement with the pool table and sauna room, it was a great way to relax and have fun. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. I had a brilliant experience at 10 St Marys and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting York.

We got excellent value for our money at 10 St Marys. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and incredibly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the staff were welcoming and organized.

The hotel had decent sized TVs and modern bathrooms/toilets. The location was really good, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The quick response to messages was also appreciated.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as there were some issues with the yellow-black dining table and a smell in the top floor bathroom. The narrow turning to the parking space caused damage to our car, even though we were being careful.

My recent stay at 10 St Marys in York was absolutely fantastic. The property was clean and spacious, providing ample room for my group. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center but on a quiet street. Parking for two cars was a bonus. The owner was extremely responsive and provided all the necessary information before and during our stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, and the house had all the amenities we needed. The pool table and sauna were a great added bonus for relaxation. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the wifi occasionally cutting out and some cleanliness issues, overall I highly recommend this accommodation.

The facilities at 10 St Marys were exceptional. We were delighted by the spacious and well-furnished rooms, making our stay feel like a true luxury break. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, the cleanest rental accommodation we have ever experienced. Additionally, the property's location, just a few minutes' walk from York Minster, was outstanding. Nathan, who managed our arrival, was efficient and accommodating with our arrival times. it was a fantastic experience and we cannot wait to return.

The wifi was a bit spotty, but it wasn't a major issue as we were mostly out exploring. Additionally, the property had one en-suite room instead of the originally expected three.
